The 458 Italia comes with plenty of technology initially developed for Formula One, such as the F1-Trac
skid control system and the use of one ECU to control the E-Diff differential. Other notable technologies
include the “aeroelastic” winglets in the front grille designed to generate down-force at higher speeds,
and the “prefill” braking system, which complements the standard Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes.
